Last updated: March 2026
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Adventures Capital LLC (hereinafter the "Seller") and any person (hereinafter the "Customer") placing an order on the website https://ticketbooker.nycbillets.fr/en (hereinafter the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, the Customer accepts these Terms without reservation.
The tickets sold may be purchased directly from official resellers or from third-party resellers who have previously acquired the tickets.
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of tickets for events taking place in New York on the website https://ticketbooker.nycbillets.fr/en. The Site acts as an intermediary between ticket resellers and buyers.
The tickets offered for sale are those presented on the Site, subject to availability.
Ticket prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Ticket prices may be higher than the face value of the tickets. Processing and delivery fees, where applicable, are indicated during the ordering process.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the price charged to the Customer will be the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
To place an order, the Customer must follow the online ordering process as described on the Site. The order is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or if the ticket is no longer available from the seller.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay for the order by credit card. The Seller uses a secure system to process online payments.
Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Customer when ordering. Tickets are not sent immediately at the time of the order but will be sent at a later date (no later than the day before the event).
The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information provided during the ordering process. The Seller cannot be held liable if the tickets are not received due to, in particular, an error in the email address provided.
In accordance with applicable regulations, tickets for events taking place on a specific date are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except where the event is cancelled by the organizer or where the ticket becomes unavailable after the order.
If the event is cancelled, refunds will be made in accordance with the terms set by the organizer.
Tickets for events taking place on a specific date constitute a legal exception to the right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code.
The Seller cannot be held liable if the event is cancelled or changed by the organizer.
In the event of a cancellation, the Customer will be informed by email of the terms for a refund or for the rescheduling of the event.
The Seller, acting as an intermediary for the resale of tickets, cannot be held liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the tickets. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
The personal data collected when ordering is necessary to process the order and will be processed in accordance with the Site's privacy policy.
The Customer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data.
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the State of New York shall have jurisdiction.
For any question or complaint, the Customer may contact customer service via the contact section of the site.
